Objective: Produce a photo illustration featuring a model and a series of stone benches by duplicating the single prototype stone bench available for the photo shoot. Process/Solution: Creating a “perfect moment” required compositing multiple images of the model into a single image. Often you don’t get every nuance perfect in one frame (especially when wind and billowing fabric are involved) so we composited the best parts from multiple images to construct an ideal version of the model. There was only one prototype of the stone bench available for the shoot, meaning it had to be shot in many positions and later composited into a master image containing the model.
